As OIC was concerned regarding the Israeli atrocities on Palestinians, it wanted to play a role for the betterment of Palestinian nation. These scholarships are additional and not a part of the already existing 100 scholarships per year.
According to PTV, COMSTECH media advisor said, “The work on scholarships will start by the end of this month. The scholarships will be offered in the coming academic year. Each scholarship will cost around 1 million PKR on average.”
The Palestinian Ambassador expressed his gratitude for this initiative.
