Afghan Taliban Transporting Captured US Military Equipments To Pakistan, Claims Afghan Minister

Senior Afghan officials accused “Afghan Taliban of trying to take military equipment to Pakistan”. They said Afghan Taliban is making efforts to transport US military equipment captured from Afghan security forces, including tanks.

On Friday, former US National Security Advisor (NSA) John Botton had said that Pakistan is directly responsible for the Taliban’s return to power. Shamim Khan Katawazai, head of the Afghan’s independent Directorate of local Governance, said “They have taken military equipment owned by security forces across the Durand Line”.

Meanwhile, Afghan Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid rejected the claim on the transfer of military equipment by the group to Pakistan. This blame has been aroused when US drawdown from Afganistan, the Taliban has overrun numerous districts across Afganistan and Pakistan has said straightforwardly to America “No More”.
