Prime Minister Imran Khan is in Uzbekistan to join the Central and South Asia Conference. As always, Prime Minister Imran had been the centre of attention for the international media.
While attending the two-day conference, government officials from Pakistan completely ignored the Indian minister and officials.
During a group photo, PM Imran Khan was warmly greeting state heads. But when he reached the Indian Minister of External Affairs, he completely ignored him.
At a separate meeting, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi also refused to shake hands with the Indian Minister.
According to the analysts, it was a clear message that Pakistan is not ready to step down from its Kashmir policy.
While addressing the coference, the premier declared the Kashmir issue as the main problem between the two countries.
During his speech at the conference Imran Khan also criticized the Afghan regime led by Ashraf Ghani for blaming it’s failures upon Pakistan. Imran said it was unjust to blame Pakistan, for the failures of the Afghan government against Taliban, especially after the US withdrawal.
