CIA stations and bases have been warned by top American counterintelligence regarding the troublesome informants recruited to spy over the United States by different countries, either captured, killed, or being compromised.
This is not new for the CIA hearing news against several killed or captured informants but rather cable demonstrated issue is more lethal. Former officials brought in the spotlight the struggle survived by a spy to work in diverse environments and circumstances.
Moreover, officials said recruiting spies is a very high-risk business, no one can be held responsible for the things that go south on with the agents. In addition to that, the movements of the CIA officers are being measured and followed, just to track their sources. However, they have proven themselves best to the world at analyzing and gathering the data.
While delivering their narrative officials said that since the past two decades agency has devoted itself to the cause of peace against terrorist threats and conflicts in Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq. Agency has not only limited itself to these countries but is gradually moving towards adversarial powers, essentially China and Russia.
The cable demonstration issue requires urgent action and the agency’s focus on security and counterintelligence.
