Early morning, Pakistan’s largest province Balochistan, Quetta was hit by an earthquake of 5.9 magnitude.
According to reports, dozens of people have lost their lives and worth millions of rupees of infrastructure was damaged as a result of this natural disaster.
Soon after the earthquake, civil and military administration started rescue and relief operations to help affectees of the earthquake.
Over 300 people were injured, some of them were evacuated to DHQ Hospital Harnai.
Following the emergency, Pakistan army was quick to set up medical and relief camps to provide medical assistance, food, and shelter to affectees.
