Because of being picked up for the silver category Kamran Akmal decided to Boycott PSL 2022 and he refused to play the tournament. This news went viral and a sports channel’s Twitter account posted this news.
The captain of the Namibia cricket team Gerhard Erasmus quoted the tweet of that sports channel and said “pick me, I’ll be there for free”. Netizens appreciated the sportsman spirit of Gerhard Erasmus for valuing the game, not the position.
