Lately, PTV took it to Twitter to announce the release of a series based on Sultan Abdul Hamid, emperor of the last ottoman empire. The series portrays the events during the Ottoman rule and the heroism tales of Abdul Hamid. His devotion and love for the Prophet are some of the main highlights of the show. The show is comprised of 5 seasons and will be on screens for 5 days a week.
Sultan Abdul Hamid ruled the last 33 years of the Ottoman Empire as the 34th emperor, which is considered as the “shining chapter of Muslim Ummah”. While ruling Payithat, his era was considered popular for the wars, rails development, request for Palestinian land and the first Zionist congress.
