Islamic International Medical College Islamabad Instructs Students To Wear Hijab And Prayer Caps On 14 February To Boycott Valentine’s Day

The RIPAH Islamic International Medical College has issued directions for students on the Valentine’s Day not to participate in immoral activities forbidden in Islam that lead the youth towards wrong path.

The institute released a notification in which it has been directed to behave morally and wear according to the Islamic dress code on the Valentine’s Day.

The female students have been directed to wear Hijab with properly covered head, neck and chest. While the male students have been directed to wear white prayer caps.

Moreover, gender mixing have been made strictly prohibited. The male and female students have been directed to maintain at least two-meters distance all the time.

The notification further stated that fine of Rs. 5000 will be charged to anyone found violating the rules. Furthermore, 20 members of the Tarbiyah department have been directed to patrol the campus to check the implementation of the issued notification.
