NAB Court Drops Corruption Cases Of PM Shehbaz Sharif And Hamza Shehbaz, Welcome To Purana Pakistan

The accountability courts have dropped over 50 NAB references in opposition to PM Shehbaz Sharif, his son Hamza Shahbaz, Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and others, terming them out of their jurisdiction due to recent NAB amends by PDM led government.

As per reports, the NAB court has dropped Ramzan sugar mill reference involving PM Shahbaz Sharif and elder his son Hamza Shahbaz. The Accountability Court on September 15 returned a reference by NAB against former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani for corruption in USF funds.

NAB courts throughout the country have returned a collection of accountability references in opposition to outstanding political figures after amends to the Accountability Act of 1999, declaring them out of the court’s jurisdiction.
