Iran has launched an attack against Israel, using Kamikaze Drones. The attack has been launched in retaliation of Israeli airstrikes on Iranian Embassy In Syria.
Iran launched hundreds of drones directly from its territory against Israel on Saturday night, a departure from its typical reliance on proxies, as confirmed by the IDF.
Additionally, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has confirmed its involvement in the missile and drone attack against Israel. The IDF has asserted its readiness to intercept the drones, although the air defense system is not impervious.
Notably, an Iranian Shahed-136 kamikaze UAV was spotted flying over Iraq at a very low altitude, en route to Israel.
Concerns have been raised about the potential for Tehran or its proxies to launch long-range ballistic missiles and other rockets simultaneously with the drone attacks.
Iran’s proxies like Yemeni Houthis are also expected to Join the campaign against Israel.
