Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) President Asif Ali Zardari has said that PPP is our religion, even when we go down to the grave’ PPP flag is on our shroud.
According to private TV channel, the former president said this while addressing a dinner in honor of the elected local body representatives.
He further talked about the presidential powers and the eighteenth amendment and said that all the powers were transferred to the Prime Minister during his presidency.
The 18th amendment strengthens the provinces, I still have a quarrel with the federal government. They keep saying that I have weakened the country but I say that I strengthened it, he added.
Moreover, Zardari expressed his desire and said that his heartfelt wish is to make Bilawal Bhutto, the Prime Minister of the country in his life. Ever since Bilawal became the Foreign Minister, my friends have called and said that Bilawal is running a the ministry very well, said Zardari.
