France’s hardline interior minister asks police to ban Pro-Palestinian march

French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin in a tweet said that he asked France police to ban the march on Saturday. The objective of this march is to show solidarity with Palestine against recent escalation in Israeli air strikes in Gaza. But French government isn’t willing to allow Pro-Palestinian people to speak against violence.

French government made an excuse that serious public disorder was noted in 2014 when Pro-Palestinian people protested against Israeli air strikes on Gaza that year. French interior Minister said authorities have been instructed to carefully watch activities of Pro-Palestinian people to prevent another disorder.

Human rights activists called for Pro-Palestine march this Saturday in North Paris, Barbes district against intense Israeli aerial bombardment in Gaza which has caused more than 100 casualties including 27 minors, leaving behind 580 injured.
