Lt Gen (R) Ishfaq Nadeem left this world today. He was the prime mover of Operation Zarb-e-Azb, former DG Military Operations, former Chief of General Staff, and a very active competitor for the post of Army Chief.

Lt Gen (R) Ishfaq Nadeem successfully planned Operation Zarb-e-Azb throughout Pakistan. He was famous for his extraordinary military operation skills.
