Pakistan Survived The War On Terror Because We Have The Most Professional Army And The Best Intelligence Agencies In The World, Says Imran Khan In UNGA Speech

Prime Minister Imran Khan virtually addressed The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and raised the issue of Afghanistan in front of world leaders. As a result of the US failure in Afghanistan, many US politicians are blaming Pakistan to hide their negligence.

When President Joe Biden was a Senator, I had told him, including Senator John Kerry, that military operation is not a solution in Afghanistan, but they never realized this before. Yet we became a front state in this war against terror, and the Pakhtoon tribal belt in Pakistan and Afghanistan turned against us for supporting the US war on terror that caused more civilian casualties than militants.

This is how the US turned more people against them, and Pakistan suffered the loss of more than 80 thousand lives. Despite being an ally of the US, they conducted more than 800 drone strikes in Pakistan that caused more civilian casualties because drone strikes were never accurate against the target.

Imran Khan then added that Pakistan survived the war on terror because we have the most disciplined army, and the best Intelligence Agencies to counter all these anti-Pakistan activities.
