Pakistan Army Jumps In To Save Tourists After The Failure Of Civil Administration

Due to heavy snowfall, the district administration declared Murree a disaster-hit region.

Murree witnessed more tourists and vehicles than its capacity, creating a traffic jam in the middle of dead me snowfall.

Over 8000 vehicles entered Murree, and after being stuck for a whole night, over 21 people froze to death.

Emergency was declared and Pakistan Army was deployed to start the rescue operation.

Giving priority to women and children tourists are been evacuated to safe places and road clearance is in progress.
