Social media users and journalist have rejected the claims made by police that Granaz, a Balochi women who was kidnapped and murdered by a local Sardar, Khetran has been found alive.
Senator Mushtaq from Jammat e Islami questioned why the FIR has been registered against unknown persons, and the police is claiming to have rescued Granaz from Khetran’s Jail.
Bol News Anchor, Syed Muzammil asked that why Granaz was not being presented before Media, if she was alive.
Journalist Siddique Jan asked that who is facilitating Abdul Rehman Khetran and why he is more powerful than the state.
It actually means that until Granaz and her family is not presented before media, no one is going to believe on what Police says. Pressure is mounting on the state to act against such private jails in Balochistan. National and international actors have been demanding an inquiry of human right violations by sardars.
