Uttar Pradesh Police arrested the Karni Sena leader Thakur Shekar Chauhan on the 9th of June for his outrageous remarks about Muslim women in a video that was two months old but went viral in the recent week.
Karni Sena is a Hindu party motivated by hatred against Muslims. Even the party’s National Chief, Surajpal Amu, himself is anti-Muslim. He also endorsed the lynching of Asif Khan in Haryana.
Thakur Chauhan is the State Chief of the Uttar Pradesh Karni Sena. In the viral video, Thakur made moronic remarks about Muslim women, he threatened to kill pregnant Muslim women and their unborn babies.
According to a tweet by Ghaziabad, “Through Social Media, we got to know about offensive remarks being made by a young man in a video. In connection with the incident, a case was registered at the police station Masuri as per rules.
Indian politics is always motivated by hatred against Muslims. Although Muslims are playing a major role in Indian society, crimes against Muslims are increasing day by day, due to which the Muslim community is concerned about their future in India.
