Govt allocates 40 billion to cattle semen import in order to increase dairy productivity

Prime Minister Imran Khan in a ceremony where he announced big relief package for famers, also said that the Federal Government of Pakistan has allocated 40 billion PKR to import cattle semen.

Pakistan has so many castle farms but still we have to import some dairy products because of lack of productivity, therefore we have allocated 40 billion PKR so cattle farmers can improve breeding of their cattle, which will increase production of dairy product three times in 2 years and allow Pakistanis to fulfil their own needs and export dairy products like cheese and butter as well.

Prime Minister Imran Khan also said that Pakistani farmers are still using outdated methods for agriculture, we will send our agents through motorcycles who will visit farmers and their agricultural lands and they will teach them new techniques of farming which will give them extra yield so they will be able to sell their agricultural product instead of only using it for themselves.
