The United States is considering imposing sanctions on countries trading with the Russian Federation. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Western lobby has designed a strategy to isolate Russia along with those countries that maintain ties with Russia.
Recently the Indian government received delivery of the S-400 missile defence system from Russia and abstained from voting against the Russian invasion of Ukraine during the United Nations General Assembly resolution.
During the India-US defence security cooperation hearing, US Diplomat named Donald Lu discussed the future of this cooperation with India. The US diplomat stated both the Democrats and Republicans are concerned about India’s neutral position towards the Russian-Ukraine conflict.
