Oppose Imran Khan only as much as you can answer for on the day of judgement, says Mufti Tariq Masood in a khutba.
Islamic Scholar Mufti Tariq Masood has said that Imran Khan has done exceptional job in countering Islamophobia. He said that he never voted for any party nor did he support any political leader but it was his religious duty to point out Imran Khan’s good deeds as the former Prime Minister of Pakistan.
He also expressed good wishes for the PML-N government and the new Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif. He said that it is possible that PMLN may perform better than Imran Khan in many ways. “However, being an Islamic Scholar I should appreciate some of the things that Imran Khan has done,” he said during a khutba.
