Geo News anchor Hamid Mir during a talk show alleged that he met Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa in 2018. He said that Nawaz Sharif was being criticized in that gathering that he is brought by General Jilani and he is a production of the army.
However, he added that during that gathering, someone warned General Bajwa that do not to give a chance to Imran Khan. Mir further said that the individual told General Bajwa about his prediction that Imran Khan will kill him where he won’t find water, hence it will be a mistake if he allowed Imran Khan to become Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Hamid Mir claimed many other people warned General Bajwa to stay away from Imran Khan. Mir said now years after this discussion, I am seeing Imran Khan directly calling out DG ISI and Army Chief, so it’s not a surprising thing to see this after hearing warnings from several people years ago.
