A large number of transgenders in Karachi have announced their affiliation with PPP. On this occasion, 25 leading leaders of the trans community held a press conference with PPP Sindh President Nisar Khorro and expressed confidence in the party leadership.

PPP Sindh President Nisar Khorro while addressing a press conference said that 25 leading leaders of the trans community have joined PPP.

While transgenders living under their shadow have also joined the party, saying that PPP is a social-democratic party. There are equal opportunities for everyone.

Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan manages to achieve another milestone in politics. Despite the continuous resistance from the opposition, the PTI government has passed (Electronic Voting Machine) EVM bill 2021.

Following the new amendment, Pakistanis can cast their vote digitally through EVM. Another addition to this bill is that Overseas Pakistanis can cast their vote from abroad and they can elect their leaders.

Prime Minister Imran Khan, opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif and leaders of other elected parties were present at the session. Opposition resisted the EVM amendment and called it an evil bill.

While opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif stated that government doesn’t have enough majority to pass this bill, the government passed the bill with 221 votes, and the opposition could manage 203 votes to oppose the bill.

Prime Minister Imran Khan while addressing a ceremony in Islamabad talked about Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). He said I am shocked to know that the opposition is opposing the EVM system in the upcoming general election.

Khan stated that the world is moving towards technology and technology is playing its role in every system. The use of technology in elections will prevent rigging that’s why the opposition is afraid of EVM.

Imran Khan then talked about the global inflation affecting the world. He said inflation is causing problems to everyone, even the developed countries are suffering because of inflation caused by covid-19. Then he expressed the World bank opinion on Pakistan by saying poverty has been reduced in my government.

Former federal minister for water resources, Senator Faisal Vawda gave a hard statement while reacting to the allegations of former Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Justice (R) Rana Shamim.

Rana Shamim alleged that former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Saqib Nisar gave special orders to keep former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz in detention till the 2018 General Election.

While talking to a local television channel, Faisal Vawda said such judges have maligned the judiciary and Pakistan has suffered a lot because of these allegations. Faisal Vawda defended his statement and said these people cause chaos, therefore they should be flogged and hand publicly.

Faaiz Javed, son of prime time anchorperson Javed Chaudhry was arrested by Islamabad police after harassing students and teachers of Islamabad Model College.

Islamabad police arrested 3 more person who accompanied Faaiz Javed in this crime. As per witnesses, Faaiz Javed along with his group assault the security guard of Islamabad Model College before harassing students and college staff.

It was also reported that Javed Chaudhry’s son Faaiz was drunk during the incident. Faaiz Javed along with his group is booked under sections 506, 355, 354, and 542 by Shalimar police.
