US Army Leaves Behind Their Military Dogs In Afghanistan

American Humane, a non-profit organization based in Washington DC, showed its concerns about the American military dogs left in Afghanistan amid the hasty pullout of US troops from Afghanistan.

The American public is concerned about military dogs of America. Animal rescue groups have been criticizing Biden’s administration for abandoning military dogs in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, a British animal shelter successfully evacuated more than 200 animals from Afghanistan.

The withdrawal plan of the US troops took place in the context of an agreement between the Trump administration and Afghan Taliban.
Biden’s administration aimed at evacuating US troops from Afghanistan by August 31.

The Pentagon, however, denied the allegations. The Pentagon said that no military dogs are abandoned by the US military. However, animal protection organisations are concerned about the photos that emerged from Kabul Airport.
