Iranian President To Visit Pakistan On July 26th

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian is set to visit Pakistan on July 26, aiming to strengthen bilateral ties amidst recent regional conflicts, according to reports.

Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, discussed the upcoming visit with his Iranian counterpart, Eskandar Momeni, during a phone call on Monday. Momeni expressed condolences over the flood-related losses in Pakistan.

The Iranian Interior Minister also confirmed Pezeshkian’s visit, which will mark the second time an Iranian president has visited Pakistan in as many years, following Ebrahim Raisi’s trip in April 2024.

Although the exact agenda remains unknown, the two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral and regional issues, including security concerns in the wake of recent conflicts.
