Pakistan Air Force Contingent Arrives at Saudi Air Base Under Joint Defence Pact

RIYADH: The Ministry of Defense of Saudi Arabia announced on Saturday that a Pakistani military contingent has arrived at King Abdulaziz Air Base in Dhahran as part of ongoing defence cooperation between the two countries.

According to the ministry, the deployment falls under a Joint Strategic Defense Agreement signed between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan aimed at strengthening military collaboration.

The statement said the contingent includes fighter jets and support aircraft from the Pakistan Air Force. The deployment is intended to enhance joint military coordination and improve operational readiness between the armed forces of both nations.

Saudi officials added that the initiative reflects the deep defence partnership between the two countries and their commitment to strengthening strategic cooperation in the region.
