Russian President Viladimir Putin addressed Russian today in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow. While addressing the nation, Putin took the nation into confidence regarding the interrogations.
Putin stated that the recent incident represents a direct assault on Russia, affirming the nation’s commitment to dismantle those accountable for such actions. He vowed to meticulously identify and bring to justice every individual involved in orchestrating this heinous act.
Furthermore, he confirmed the detention of all four primary suspects in the Crocus terrorist attack, emphasizing that despite their attempts to flee towards Ukraine, they were apprehended.
In his address, he said,
“This was a barbaric act of terrorism, An Attack On Russia. As of now, we have arrested and detained all the terrorist responsible for the attack.”
Putin, while mentioning the initial reports said that the terrorists were captured while moving towards the Ukraine border.
” A total of 11 people are detained by Russian Federal Security Services. Our law enforcement agencies are trying to expose the whole network of terrorism, he added
“Russian President Viladimir Putin also thanked and appreciated the swift response by security and medical teams. He also appreciated the Russian citizens for being vigilant at the need of the hour.
Putin added, “we know that what the threat of terrorism is. We are going to identify and punish whoever was behind that.”Putin also asked the fellow states for cooperation against terrorism. He called terrorism as the common enemy of the world
Yesterday, 5 terrorists attacked Moscow’s Crocus City Hall. Around 90 people were reported to have lost their lives. The terrorist stormed the Crocus City Hall during a concert when more than 600 people were in the audience. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack. There’s no report from Russian side on the status of terrorists at the moment.
